With powerful audio tools and effects that allow presenters to seamlessly loop individual music tracks, fade music in or fade music out and control the duration of the fade as well as starting and ending volumes, the first release of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio allowed presenters for the first time to control their PowerPoint presentation and remove the need to manually synchronize music with a CD player or external audio device.

Additional audio effects such as Pan Music, allows music to panned from left to right or from right to left and allows presenters the option of choosing to pan individual music tracks or their entire playlist, so that during the play back of their presentation their presentation music can shift across a room space to create added impact and effect.

But the initial release of the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio did not stop there. With Cross-Fade controls, that allow precise and complete control of fading between music tracks, the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio v.1.0 revolutionized the way PowerPoint presenters could work with presentation music and presentation sound effects in their PowerPoint presentations.

With the launch of version 2.0, the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio gets even better and provides even more controls and options to offer PowerPoint presenters the ultimate presentation music and presentation sound effects PowerPoint extension.

Now for the first time PowerPoint presenters can control the volume of any music track or piece of music in their presentation precisely. The all new 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio v.2.0 allows presenters to not only control the volume of each music track in their presentation, but to be able to do so exactly and normalize any and all volumes no matter how different. Through precise controls that allow presenters to adjust volumes from 0 to 100% it is now possible to match volumes across differing pieces of music to create a single and comfortable volume for your presentation without the need for audio editing or sound editing programs.

With the Narration tool, PowerPoint presenters can now narrate their PowerPoint presentations in real-time. Perfect for self-running slideshows and presentations at information kiosks or stands at trade shows and event fairs.

The new Insert Wizard has controls for both normal users and advanced users and now offers selectable modes for your own presentation needs.

In Standard Mode the Insert Wizard assists you in creating a new playlist, adding music tracks, setting audio effects and placing sound effects throughout your presentation.

In Advanced Mode the Insert Wizard allows you to create and define multiple playlists and assign each playlist to individual or groups of slides in your presentation.

With the ability to download and import 123PPT Playlists, the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio v.2.0 now makes it possible to import a theme for your presentation. Each 123PPT Playlist is comprised of several music tracks, each with small variations to allow you to layer music and build and differentiate across your presentation slides to create dynamism, pace and attention whilst remaining within the same theme.

Through functions that allow you to edit individual slide music and sound effects to editing, looping and shuffling playlists.
